Vote For America’s Best Companies For Remote/Hybrid Work

Date:

“Where do you work?”

“Widgets, Inc.”

“No, silly — I mean at home or an office?”

Times have changed. Almost everyone has new needs and wants regarding where they work and how often they work there—and many companies, notably Amazon and Starbucks, have started requiring workers to return to the office several days a week. This raises a critical question for junior staffers to executives alike: Is your company meeting your new remote or hybrid work expectations?

For the first time, Forbes is ranking companies based on their handling of remote and hybrid work—not just the policies themselves but how employees feel about them.

In partnership with Flex Index, a global database of companies’ remote/hybrid work policies, we have designed a survey to let employees directly rate their employers’ approach in various areas, such as work location flexibility, benefits, and collaboration. Whether you work in an all-office, all-remote, or hybrid environment, we want to hear from you.

The survey, located here, takes only a few minutes and is 100% anonymous. The final rankings go live in mid-June.

As with all Forbes lists, companies pay no fee to participate.
